ICeBES
The International Conference on Biology and Environmental Sciences (ICeBES) 2024 is a biennial event organized by the Department of Biology at FMIPA USK, in collaboration with the Indonesian Biology Consortium (KOBI). The scope of articles accepted for the conference under the theme “Aligning Biodiversity and Climate Initiatives for a Sustainable Future ” includes a broad range of topics in both traditional (Physiology, Botany, Zoology, Genetics, Microbiology, etc)and interdisciplinary fields of biology (Biomedical, Pharmacology, Agriculture, Agri-food, etc), environmental sciences, and climate initiatives (Climate change and adaptation, Sustainable practice, Ecosystem restoration, Enviromental Policy, etc).

“Hybrid Conference”
The 1st biannual conference conducted by the Biology Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) will be held as a hybrid conference, that is, an on-site conference (physical presence) at FMIPA Hall, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh, Indonesia, and an online option (virtual participation) using Zoom Platform, on the 6th November 2024.
