Abstract and Full Paper Submission

Prospective presenters in The 1st ICeBES 2024 are invited to submit their abstracts that consist of not exceeding 300 words with title and affiliation and five or more keywords following the abstract. The papers to be presented at this conference must have not been presented, extended accepted, or published elsewhere. The abstract should be submitted before October 10th, 2024, and the full paper should be uploaded before October 30th, 2024. All submitted papers will be subjected to a review process. The abstract should explain the brief background of the paper, objectives, methods, and important findings. The abstract and submission template can be found on this page.

Peer Review Process

ICeBES 2024 is applying the peer review process with in single-blind system for peer review; reviewers’ identities remain anonymous. The review process is conducted using open conference system (OCS). The decision to determine the appropriate reviewers is right of editor. The submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two experts in relevant subject areas: one editorial member as well as one external reviewers. The review process may take two to four weeks.

Publication

All accepted papers will be published in the Scopus Indexed Journals ( Biodiversitas (Q2) and Biotropia (Q4)), SINTA accredited journals ( Jurnal Natural (SINTA 2) and Biologi Edukasi (SINTA 5)), journals with an ISSN ( Jurnal Bioleuser), or ISBN proceeding. All papers will go through a blind review process and the acceptance/rejection decision will be based on the quality of the papers from the journal system. For the prospective presenter, note: Maximum 2 papers per author.
